The balcony runs the whole length of the flat. In Gràcia that is the thing worth paying for.
- Balcony wide enough to eat on, facing a street that stays quiet after ten.
- Original hydraulic tiled floors, cool underfoot all summer.
- Ceiling fans in both rooms, plus air conditioning for August.
- Full kitchen with a washing machine in it, as is normal here.
- Two blocks off Plaça del Sol, so you are near the noise without being in it.
- Fontana metro is a five-minute walk on Line 3.
