- Converted factory floor with twelve-foot ceilings and original steel windows.
- A dedicated studio corner with north light and a wall you are welcome to pin into.
- Freight elevator, so moving a bike or a large case in is straightforward.
- In-unit laundry and a full kitchen with a gas range.
- Central air, which is rare in these conversions.
- L train is four blocks; Bedford Avenue is seven minutes on foot.
