- Your own door off the side path — you never walk through anyone else's space.
- Radiant floor heating throughout, which matters here from November.
- Compact kitchen, but a full-size fridge and a real oven.
- Dogs and cats both welcome; there is a fenced yard you can use.
- Windows sit above grade, so it takes proper daylight, not basement light.
- Two blocks to the Main Street corridor and the 3 bus.
