- High factory windows down one side, so the light is very good until late.
- Mezzanine bed above the living area, with a full-height space beneath.
- Open kitchen along the back wall, with an oven and a proper extractor.
- Secure entry to the building and a bike rack at ground level.
- Ten minutes to the city bowl, five to the Woodstock galleries.
- The best value I know of this close to the centre.
